The ARCADEON Hotel in Hagen is looking for apprentices to become a cook or chef (m/f/d) for the modern hotel kitchen at Lennestraße 91. The apprenticeship covers preparation and cooking of dishes, arranging buffets and menus, assisting at events and weddings, as well as hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP. Work is in a shift system including weekend and public holiday assignments; remuneration follows the collectively agreed recommendations of DEHOGA NRW, and overtime is compensated with time off. Among other things, ARCADEON offers full-day staff meals, a fitness studio, apprentice exchange and support for an Erasmus internship abroad.
